about the creators
MICHAEL JAMES OLSON is a musical creative whose work is as eclectic as his wardrobe. Touring extensively throughout the US and Europe, His work has received press in publications such as Fanfare, MPR, and the Music Street Journal. His music and production can be heard on more than 40 albums, and has been licensed to dozens of tv programs on networks such as MTV, E, ABC, Showtime, TLC, FOX, VH1, Spike, and more. Michael currently serves as Professor for Music Industry and Technology at Minnesota State University.
SARAH ASP OLSON has been a writer, editor, and content specialist for over 15 years. Her professional work has appeared in national publications in print and online. She is also the author of a series of short plays. Her recent work, Studio session 1b, was selected and performed as part of the 2021 Minnesota Shorts Festival.
